Thought

I found this quote in a magazine and ripped the page out to save. I had completely forgotten about it till I was cleaning the other day and found it and just wanted to share it with everyone.

"A mother's love for her child is like nothing else in the world. It knows no law, no pity, it dates all things and crushes down remorselessly all that stands in its path."
-Agatha Christie, "The Last Seance"

I can't wait to feel this kind of love for Kristoffer. I already have so much love for him and can't wait to feel even more love :)

Till Next Time!

Officially over due

Today marks 40 weeks and 1 day.
I definitely think that I am a very luck pregnant woman being over due. I'm really not uncomfortable or anything I just really want to meet Kristoffer and start making new memories with him. So I guess I really have no reason to complain, but still I think 9 months if more than enough time of waiting.

Last night Taylor and I decided that we wanted to try inducing labor by hiking to the Y on the mountain. We did that this morning and it is now 8:30pm and I still feel great unfortunately. Even though it didn't induce labor we got some exercise so that is always a plus ha.

The weather was just perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better day!
Sadly it did not induce.
On to the next idea ha!

Christmas 2011

Yesterday was such a great day. We got to see a lot of Taylor's family and then last night we skyped with my family while we opened presents.
We went to Taylor's parents house in the morning and Taylor got to skype with his brother Sean who is on a mission in California. Then we went to one of Taylor's Uncles house and spent some time with a lot of his extended family and of course ate food and dessert :)
After we left there we went to my Aunt Jan's house and got to see a few of my couins and their adorable little kids.
After all the fun we came home and had a late Christmas with my family over Skype. A lot of it was a surprise to Taylor so it was really fun. We got some awesome stuff too so thats always fun!

all the presents :)

Fun Festivities!

Over this month we have been doing some fun stuff and I just have forgotten to post.
Better late then never right?

Our friends Vanessa and Luke had a Christmas party a few weeks ago. It was a whole lot of fun and they had some really fun game too. I was only aloud to play one of them but the other ones looked really interesting ha!
I didn't get very many pictures.. but here are the few that I managed to get.

Aren't they just the cutest thing ;)
The white elephant gift we brought. It was quite a hit! ha

We also were able to get free Jazz tickets so last Wednesday (December 21st) we went with my older brother Justin, his wife Christina, and a couple of their friends. We ate at Applebee's before the game. It was a lot of fun and the Jazz even won the game!
Last but not least since we all know our due date creeping ever so near we thought we would try inducing labor. We decided to go up to Sundance and walk around hoping to stir something up but when we got up their and started walking around (after we got a hot chocolate and a sucker of course) I quickly realized it was WAY too cold and so we only lasted about 15 minutes haha. I would definitely say that was a failed attempt. Oh well :)
We had a lot of fun and in the end got a little bit of exercise. Which never hurts ha

Kristoffer still hasn't come and Christmas is today. Who knows maybe he will be our little Christmas present :) We will be opening out presents tomorrow over skype with my family (who are in Georgia) so really today is our Christmas Eve.

Merry Christmas everyone. Hope yall have a wonderful day :)

Till Next Time!
