34 weeks and a Wedding :)

We are at 34 weeks! We went to the doctor this week and found out that I am measuring almost 35 weeks.. This could be bad or good. Bad if I'm just extra big for extra long OR we will get to meet our little Prince early. Has much as I would like the second of the two if he needs to stay for extra long by all means that is what I want. Healthy is what we are wanting no matter how long it takes.
My mom brought this onesie out last weekend. She made it after the baby shower in Georgia because she didn't have time to finish it at the shower. I am in love with it :)

Taylor's best friend Josh got married today to our friend Katy. We are so happy for them and feel very blessed to have been able to share this special day with them. We were privileged enough to have been invited to their sealing and it was so beautiful. President Uchtdorf performed the ceremony and man he is such a wonderful man. It was so great to have been able to be in his presence and to feel the wonderful spirit that he carries with him. I didn't get many pictures but a few is better than none right?!

Katy looked absolutely stunning

Well I would have to say that today was a very successful day.
Congratulations Josh and Katy!

Till Next Time!

Just a little thought..

So I was reading through the blogs I follow and I found this quote that someone had posted and I absolutely fell in love and wanted to share it...

People are often unreasonable and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people will accuse you of ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.
If you are honest, people may cheat you.
Be honest anyway.
If you find happiness, people may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow.
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have
and it may never be enough.
Give your best anyway.

For you see, in the end, it is between you and God.
It never was between you and them anyway.

Mother Teresa

isn't it wonderful?!?

Our good friends Josh Beasley and Katy Bertram are getting married today and we are lucky enough to have been invited to their sealing. I am so happy for them and wish all the joy in the world for them.. Pictures to come :)

32 weeks

We have come to the end of our 32 weeks and on to 33 weeks. Time is really flying we are getting so close and we aren't even close to having everything ready. My current project right now is the bumper pad. Taylor and I went and picked out the fabric on Saturday and I am getting a slow start on it.. But I am getting started. I have just been so tired lately. Baby Kristopher is using all my energy to grow big and strong which is more than fine with me it just means I might be a little slower in the crafty category.

Fabric for the Bumper Pad

Remember the car seat cover I made for my friend Laurel and how I forgot to get finished product pictures? Well I had to borrow it so I could put the Velcro on the straps so I was able to get some finished product pictures!!
So what do you think? I am really proud of it if I do say so myself.. but I guess I am bias :)
This weekend my good friend Vanessa is throwing me a baby shower and I am so excited to see everyone and be able to visit. Thank you so much Vanessa ahead of time!! You really are such a wonderful friend :)
Also my mom and dad are coming to visit because there is also a BYU football game so I am really excited for this weekend... Hopefully the week will go by speedy fast!

Halloween 2011

I'm sad to say that we did not dress up this year for Halloween but you better believe that we will be dressing up next year!! I wanted to do something super creative for our ward party but I was out of town for the ward party so we just decided that we would save our money and do something great next year especially because we will have Baby Kristopher to dress up :) SO EXCITED!!
We did carve pumpkins though and we also did our Halloween dinner which is a family tradition of my family. In the end I would say that Halloween was a success. We even got a few trick or treaters!

I was making one for me and one for Kristopher but the one for Kristopher didn't end up working out :( but I mean it was a cute idea ha. Taylor made a Florida Gator and I made Cinderella.
Finished product.

Ropes Course Pictures

A little bit ago I posted about how Taylor and I got to do this couples ropes course thing and I was able to take a few pictures but the workers there were able to get a lot more and much better shots so here are some pictures from our fun day!
One of the few things I felt comfortable doing.

We had so much fun at this ropes course and definitely plan on going back after the baby comes!
