Whats New

I don't know why it has taken me so long to update the blog but it has and I'm pretty sad about it but what can I do... ha

Last weekend we had a pretty busy Saturday. It started with my friend's very cute baby shower. We played some super fun games and ate yummy food and got to chat with really nice ladies. I made her a car seat cover and pacifier clips for her gift. I forgot to get a picture of the finished product but since we have a picture of mine and we have a picture of the fabric I used for hers we will have to use our imagination! I did get a picture of the pacifier clips though and I absolutely love them and can't wait to make more of them!

 

This was one of the games. We had to suck on the ice cube and try to get the pacifier out. The first person to have it completely out of the ice cube won.

 

This was the memory game. We got to look at the tray for like 15-20 seconds and then we had to write down has many things that we could remember in a certain amount of time. This was also a gift for Laurel!

After the baby shower Taylor and I got to go to this Couples Retreat thing at this ropes course in Provo. My parents got it for us as a Christmas gift last year. We had so much fun even though I couldn't do a few of the activities we had a lot of fun. Thanks so much mom and dad:)

These are all the pictures I was able to get but we are getting more pictures from the people running the retreat! So stay tuned for that :)

After the Retreat we were able to go to the BYU football game and we won!!

Needless to say we had a really good weekend. 

This weekend has been pretty quiet. Just been cleaning and hanging out (watching football) We did have a doctors appointment this week and found out that our due date has been DECEMBER 26TH!! so that is really excited. Our doctor says that is a good chance that Kristopher wont come till January but I mean there is also a good chance that he will be here in December :)

Only 12 weeks left...

Today marks 28 weeks of pregnancy for us :) which means only 12 weeks left! WHAT?!! That just seems crazy to me, but super exciting at the same time. Time is really going by so fast. I know that I have said that a million times but its crazy how fast it is going. We are so excited to finally meet our little man Kristopher and are counting down the days thats for sure. 

slowly but surely I'm looking more like a pregnant lady and less like the lady who ate too much!

Kristopher's Nursery

Remember how I was telling you in my last post that we were painting Kristopher's nursery.. Well last night we went to Walmart and got the tape we needed. Today after the last session of conference was over I finished the last little bit! I love the way it turned out.

What do you think? I am in love with it. We painted all the walls a lite gray and and then on one of the walls we did think dark gray stripes.

General Conference!

This weekend is General Conference and I'm so happy about it. Today was wonderful and I loved all the talks and I'm so excited about tomorrow especially because Taylor and I get to go up to the conference center and see it live with some of our friends!! It's gonna be so amazing :)

Today Taylor and I painted the nursery! We didn't get to finish completely because we ran out of tape so we still have two more stripes to paint. Once its all done I will post the pictures. I'm so excited to finally get started on this nursery. I have been working on it in my mind for months now and have been so anxious to get it done. Tomorrow will mark our 6 months mark... ONLY 3 MONTHS LEFT!!!!!!  Time as really flown by and before we know it Kristopher will be here. YAY
